Ok, City Girls, are you ready for an intense workout right here in NYC? Lacey Stone challenges you to bring your butt to BOOTYCamp! BOOTYcamp is an Explosive 4-week program designed to get your rear in gear! It is a semi-private camp, created to enable individuals to take their fitness to the next level. Tired of the same old fitness routine? BOOTYCamp! is the answer! You and your teammates will take your fitness from the gym into the outdoors, putting yourself in a position to achieve the results YOU deserve. From Day 1 through Day 8, Lacey promises to constantly be on top of your fitness progress. Every workout will be full of individual and group challenges, designed to make sure your fitness needs are always met.

BOOTYCamp! is a Challenge, not a competition. The motivation behind Lacey Stone Fitness, is to truly help people find a way to reach their fitness goals, and we will do whatever it takes to help you achieve the body of your dreams.

The Workout

Individuals, Partners, Groups, You name it! We Got It! Each BOOTYCamp! Season is designed to meet its participant’s needs. Bridal BOOTYCamp! Bikini BOOTYCamp! Couples BOOTYCamp! Corporate Team Building BOOTYCamp! There is something for everyone. Pick a month! Each Camp is 1-month long: 4 weeks, 2 workouts per week, which equals 8 Opportunities to Bring It!

The Game Plan:

Day 1 of Camp is entitled Test Day. You will be put through a series of tests designed to gauge where you stand in the two major fitness areas of strength and speed. The following six workouts are structured to make certain you improve in each and every fitness category. All YOU have to do is show up and BRING IT. On Day 8 you will retest all the skills you have worked so hard to master throughout the month. It is a time to celebrate and see Real results become a reality! Are You Ready?
