laundry_room_1Remember my LAUNDRY rule: Be as careful with your body as you are with your laundry! Think about it- we separate our whites from darks, we don’t mix towels with delicates, but we are so quick to put unnatural foods into our bodies that wreak havoc on our well-being. Food is fuel- it should have function AND flavor! Natural, fresh foods taste great and fill our bodies with nutrients that protect us, energize us, and improve our mood. With our busy schedules, what could be better than that?
