Spring & Summer are times of change and new aliveness. Our bodies naturally get ready for warmer weather and more outdoor activities. The renewing capacity in our bodies also means that they are ready to let go of old wastes, toxins and restored fat. Support the process by giving your body the best and cleanest produce out there and add vegetables and fruit to your diet. Whenever possible, fresh, organic and local produce is the best.
In addition to all the amazing health benefits, a good percentage of raw living food in our diet also calm our minds and make us more adaptable to any situation or environment we are in and help us deal with different stress factors. Try at least a diet consisting of over 50% of raw foods. Besides looking better and having a radiant skin, you will immediately feel better, be able to think more clearly and be better to others.
How much of your diet is comprised of food that comes in cans, plastic boxes, bags, etc.? For nearly the same time it takes to warm a dinner in the microwave you can slice up an avocado and throw some parsley, tomato, half an apple, lemon and pumping seeds on it for a fast meal. There really are options!
Watch your calmness and intuition go up as the amount of processed foods in your diet goes down.
